What to Wear & BringWhat to bring:
tent * sleeping bag * sleeping pads * pillow * personal items * toiletries * towels (extra towels for sweat lodges) * bedding for dorm beds (if in dorm) * 1 or 2 camp chairs * food (see the ‘Grocery List’ below) * personal eating plates, bowls, cups and utensils * drinking water (two gallons/day/person) * large cooler(s) with extra ice for the kitchen * flashlights and lanterns with 2 0extra batteries * a mixture of warm and cool weather clothing * women: bring a couple skirts * rain gear * appropriate sweat lodge attire: for men – shorts. For women – a dress, or skirt/sarong with a modest top. Shoulders, knees and breasts are covered. (A dress or skirt is worn in the Moon Lodge, as well) * musical instruments, if desired * item to donate to raffle * extra money for auction/raffle * material fees for workshops that may require them * crafts and games and skills to share with others

Meat-Enough for Saturday and Sunday cookouts-Please buy any of these: local, free-range, humanely killed/halal/kosher. (Vegetarian food will be available cookout nights.)
Your Favorite Fresh Herbs- chives, scallions, parsley, thyme, rosemary, dill, cilantro, basil, ginger, etc.- PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY ARE LABELED
SUGGESTIONS:
*Seaweed (helps with muscle cramping, restoring salts)
*Electrolyte Mix (such as Emergen’C’ powder packets) to help hydrate your body
*Coconut Water (EXCELLENT at re-hydrating, contains more potassium and minerals than anything else)
*Items starred are great ʻsweatingʼ foods. They can help restore essential minerals, help ʻgroundʼ and balance your
bodies, or balance salt levels and rehydrate! Bananas have potassium, and grapefruit alkalizes and reduces swelling.
